(January 11, 2019, 12:46 pm)The customer service rep was amazing! I did wait almost 30min on hold but I think that was because it was lunch time(i called a little after 12:15) and the gentleman who forwarded me must not have realized the time.
The customer rep help fix an issue about a service that was saying not covered(but was) as well as found another demied claim that should have been covered (from over a year and a half ago). I really wish I was better with names so I could give her the kudos she deserves.Lets say Im quite elated this morning :)

Paragon Benefits needs some one to micromanage management who has destroyed enviroment. Paragon has a Bully type environment. Paragon does not offer raises even if you are performing in different areas of the job and been there for some time.Terrible management who micromanages employees in a oppressor way.
