(January 31, 2019, 6:39 am)My Daughter told me to call the Eric Rose Agency after they helped her with all of her insurance. I was delighted to find out how much I could save on my home and auto insurance and they helped me refinance my car with State Farm Bank and saved my over $200 a month on my car payment. They took the time to explain everything to me and were so nice to work with. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
(January 15, 2019, 9:24 pm)I wish I could give Eric Rose's Agency 10 stars!!! I cannot begin to express how well I was treated and the service I received. I came to Eric's agency with a huge mess (from the prior agent). All of the staff was so kind and helpful. They took the time to straighten everything out and make sure all of my policies were correct. They made sure I was properly insured and and told me about some new products I didn't know were available. I couldn't be happier. They believe in customer service and making sure you are happy. They get an A+++ in my book!
(November 27, 2018, 12:47 pm)My wife and I recently bought a home in Jefferson and were totally overwhelmed with the move when we called Eric Rose's State Farm Agency. From the moment the phone was answered I knew we were at the right place. My wife and I got set up with Ana Ramirez and she blew my wife and I out of the water with how knowledgeable she was with the insurance business, not only did she get our home owners set up she was able to save us some money on our car insurance. She also mentioned State farm was a full service bank and offered financial services. We scheduled a appointment with Eric to discuss life insurance and discuss retirement plans. We had a great experience overall
