(January 4, 2019, 4:47 pm)The personnel acts very professional. While I am there it seems like I'm most important person. Insurance is necessary but these folks go the extra steps to make insurance easy as possible and at better rates.

Jimmy and his staff were on the phone for days fighting on my behalf to receive the compensation I was promised. It was nice to be able to go to work and know that my agent was handling my account in my best interest. Thanks so much for all your help in resolving the issue.

They also are aware of issues that may arise concerning your insurance coverage and work with you to solve those issues. They have always provided excellent customer service and bend over backwards to make sure that they take care of all your insurance needs.

As the owner of 2 businesses that require complex policies our agent has always ensured we have the proper coverage at the best rates. We often make requests for riders on our insurance policies.
