(August 1, 2019, 2:12 pm)Oliver has been my Allstate agent for almost 20 years now. I have always had my home and auto insurance with him and his agency. I am not one to write reviews but I feel like after nothing but positive experiences over the years with him and his staff, I feel like I needed to write one. I have had several claims, including home and auto, and Oliver has helped me every step of the way each and every time. Most noticeably was my most recent home claim that was a lot of money, and Allstate was trying to not pay me a portion of the claim when all was said and done. I notified Oliver about the issue and he went out of his way and helped take care of it immediately and got me reimbursed after I was initially told no by Allstate. This obviously may not happen in every case, but when most other agents would have just said I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do, Oliver said he was going to do everything he could do to help me out and make it right, and he did just that. I highly recommend Oliver and his Allstate Agency.
(December 3, 2018, 2:50 pm)I have had two major claims with my home flooding and both times Allstate went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. Mr Hawkins and his team has always shown me 1st class customer care the entire 3 years I been with them. My father has been with him much longer and he also is well pleased.
