(June 25, 2019, 11:07 pm)I had an immediate insurance need and called the Ausband Agency. Britni offered to assist me, which was not an easy transaction to complete on a Friday afternoon, but she was going on vacation the following week and was determined to complete my transaction prior to leaving . She didn't pass me off to another associate or put me off because she wanted to start her vacation. She personally took care of my request and stayed past 5 o'clock to make sure I was totally taken care of. She was my angel that day and I am forever grateful for her commitment to meeting my insurance needs.

(April 15, 2019, 3:00 pm)Always helpful. There is one employee, Britni, who goes over and above what is asked of her on every occasion that arises. She is the sole reason I have not changed insurance companies. She is sincere, thoughtful ,very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend when requesting insurance or simply making changes to your existing polices, ask for Britni!
(February 4, 2019, 3:18 pm)Britini reached out to me and was excellent. Her efficiency and friendly manner sold me to combine my home policy (Allstate) with my automobile (Nation Wide). The coverage and cost exceeded my expectations. Definitely 5 stars to Nation Wide and Britni!
