Always patient in answering all of our questions, always knowledgeable, always on top of things. He actually reached out to us before our plan was about to expire and got us renewed in a matter of minutes. In the past I have had to do this myself, but not with Kevin. He took care of everything! His customer service is amazing! Thank you Kevin for an outstanding experience.

(February 24, 2018, 1:09 pm)Between leaving my previous job, and starting my new job, there was a period of 4 months that I would not be covered by insurance. I contacted Kevin to discuss plan options for short term coverage. He went over each of the plans that were in my budget and weighed the pros and cons of each one. I never felt pressured or patronized, and I was never subjected to a hard sale tactic. Kevin is friendly and professional, and he takes the time needed to make sure you get the plan that is right for your needs.

We’ve had issue after issue and Kevin was so patient with us and has walked us through step by step even calling and talking to the complies themselves when we got no where.
