  I knew Tim Cooper as an acquaintance and a neighbor first. My wife and I decided to give him and shot and switched from Allstate to Farmers. Best decision we have made. Tim, is knowledgeable, competent and very accessible by phone or email. He will go above and beyond to make sure he takes care of you. Quick story: Two years ago, my wife and I had been looking at cars but nothing really jumped at us. Three days before her birthday, my wife spotted a beautiful Black 2017 CPO Volvo XC90 T6 that was calling her name and priced just right. Two days later, I handed my wife a birthday card with a pic of the Volvo.. she said “no”..I said, “flip the picture” and on the back was a Farmers Insurance card with her name and the Volvo. She did a double take and said “what?... How?, we only saw the car 3 days ago” …. Told her that Tim Cooper made it happen… her expression and that moment was priceless. I could not have done it without Tim Cooper from Farmers Insurance.

  The smartest thing I've done in a while is move my homeowners insurance to Tim Cooper and Farmers. Best rate I found anywhere, and I shopped several companies. I've recommended him to friends and everyone has followed through and moved their policies, too. Give Tim a call! Scarlett is great, too!
