I initially was with a different insurance carrier and We had an accident, the party responsible for the damages had State Farm. State Farm took care of us and we end up switching to them thanks to Danielle. It’s great to have a local office with a team like Danielle and Scott vs. my old carrier Thanks a bunch!!!
(July 3, 2019, 1:59 pm)I worked with Danielle to change my auto and homeowner's policy. She helped us save a considerable amount of money, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danielle worked with me after hours to accommodate my schedule. I am so very thankful for this level of customer service! Also, I am glad, she was able to find reduced rates with the same (and in one case, even more coverage).
(June 24, 2019, 10:09 am)I submitted my contact info to the State Farm booth while enjoying the Inman Park Festival. A few weeks later, Danielle Shealy followed up with me. I was interested in a new insurance provider and Danielle walked me through a variety options for home and auto. She worked with me down the smallest details and help me save a considerable amount on my auto policy. Overall easy and smooth experience.
