You will find that Lori and her team are knowledgeable and professional. I've had the pleasure of knowing Lori and doing business with her for many, many years. Lori Day is caring and most of all honest. She will go out of her way to make sure that her customers are taking care of. Heather is my agent in her office and she take great care of all my insurance needs. Ms Heather has that same kind spirit that Lori instilled in all her agents. I had to report a accident with one of my vehicles, I made 1 call to Heather, everything was taking care of within a few days, that's great customer service!!!

Lori has always gone above and beyond to listen to my insurance needs. Even when I had a major house claim she was always there supporting me through the repairs. I have her personal cell phone number and called her during non- business hours. Never a problem! Love the entire staff.
