  Tracey and team have done a great job managing my services. Whenever I need an update or change to my account they are quick to respond and always helpful. I’ve had a couple of changes on my account and have never run into issues. Everything is online or over the phone, which works very well for me. Glad to have Farmers representing me currently.

  We love working with Tracey. Very nice guy and very professional. He thoroughly explained the policies (home & auto) and worked with us to determine exactly what we needed without overselling coverage we didn't really need. He is always very responsive to messages. We like having an agent in a local office that we can visit face to face when needed.
