(April 3, 2019, 10:05 pm)Never a bad experience with Chris Beck State Farm. I have been using statefarm for 12 years most of that time with Chris, always the cheapest and most helpful. I have personally dealt with everyone is the office all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. They offer everything: auto insurance, homeowners insurance, life insurance, renters insurance, and even auto financing and banking. Would definitely recommend Chris Beck and his team!
(February 2, 2019, 4:53 pm)Tyler is the man. I was not very happy about an issue I had with my car insurance but he took the time to calmly explain everything. I felt so comfortable with him. I'm in the process of buying a home and I was considering leaving State farm, but after speaking to Tyler I changed my mind. Mr. Beck I hope you're reading this , you have a huge asset with Tyler in your team.

I highly recommend switching to State Farm Chris Becks office !

Great customer service, and very knowledgeable team members. It's always a very pleasant experience when I am communicating with this office. Highly recommended.

In the past, I had a policy with State Farm, and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to switch agencies. During this transition, I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life - truly a headache just to remember.
Up until a few weeks ago, I had already decided that I would never return to this agency for 2 reasons; cost and customer service. I would get calls from the company asking me to return and trying to offer me a lower quote, however none of this truly satisfied me until I spoke with Diana V. Diana showed me that good workers can still be found anywhere - she reached out to me on a few occasions, but not too frequent to have bothered me. Every time that she reached out, I was annoyed that State Farm was calling me again - that was, up until the day that I took the time to speak with Diana over the phone. She had mentioned that she sent me a quote and wanted to discuss my options.
After a brief conversation with her, she was able to match my current policy from another agency and also reduce my overall expense by OVER 50%!!
While the cost was certainly an eye candy, I was still unsure if I should return, based on prior experiences.
What truly became by deciding factor, for me, was the level of professionalism and persistence shown by Diana. She made me feel comfortable in my decision, and if I ever had a question about my coverage or procedure to obtain the policy, Diana was there to answer everything in a courteous manner.
A HUGE shout out to Diana for assisting me through this lifestyle change and restoring my faith in this company. I admire you stellar work ethic to the highest degree!
