  Berta went the "extra mile" for us. There was some communications problems with our lender during the mortgage establishment process. We arrived in Berta's office unannounced at 8:30 in the morning and without any questions she began the process to rectify the problem. IT WORKED and we now have a wonderful mountain cabin in Georgia.
