(January 18, 2019, 11:55 am)Been with Ron about 3-4 years now. Excellent customer service. Mr. Ron and his wife as his secretary are an excellent team.
I give them a 5 star rating.
However, State Farm, the company and the underwriters, and the way they do thing I give State Farm a 4 stars.
Would give a 5, if it wasn't for the underwriters practices and my daughters road side asst. being dropped because she uses it on average of 2 times a year which said unlimited. State Farm also dropped my road side asst on my vehicle as well, which I've never used it before, just my daughter in her vehicle. I really didn't think that was fair on an old vehicle that would of course need repairs at times, therefore needing a towing to a shop.
