  I had to change my homeowners policy and Joel was wonderful. He answered all of my questions, explained all details and spent as much time as I needed on the phone. He also informed me of discount options I had not taken advantage of, so he even saved me money!! Thanks Joel and State Farm!

  Hello Fran, I first met you in 1997 when your office was on Roswell Rd and I had just moved from Florida and didn't know my way around Atlanta, your office happened to be about 5 minutes from my apartment complex, I wanted to transfer my car insurance from a State Farm on Merritt Island. As I was getting the quote from one of your associates and baulking at the difference in the cost of coverage, you stepped in and gave me almost the same rate I had been paying in Florida, I know you probably forgot this, but I never have.....fast forward 22 years later and I had just purchased a new home and was getting a quote for home owners insurance and Debra suggested two additional policies one of them a policy that would cover me for any plumbing or sewer lines that might burst/clog....the annual premium wouldn't be that much more if I elected to get it, so I decided to go for it and I am so glad I did!! two days after I moved in the sewer line backed up because of tree roots and I ended up shelling out more than $6500.00.....as all newly acquired home owners know, having to shell out that kind of money is pretty devastating when there are so many other things to worry about, I called Debra to tell her what happened and ask her if my home owners covered any part of the repair, she reminded me of the additional coverage I had taken out and we immediately filed a claim, today they mailed out a check for $6893.14 which included landscaping replacement minus the $500.00 deductible. I cannot tell you enough about how excited I am that Debra suggested this policy, the expertise and professionalism that Fran Farias State Farm has shown all these years....I am truly Grateful!!
