(September 29, 2019, 11:08 am)Got into an accident and Chris not only guided me through the claims process, but he went above and beyond to help me get a new car. He informed me about the state farm bank and worked tirelessly to get my approved and even hooked me up with the guys at Honda carland. Needless to say I ended up getting my dream car, and although it was with a different dealership I really appreciate the empathy effort and consistency of Chris. He even made sure I had my new insurance information for my new car even before I actually got the car so it made the car buying process smooth. With the genuine care of the staff, I felt comfortable expressing my needs and they were able to bundle several of my policies together and explain all the benefits. They even found a way to help me save 20% more compared to what I was previously paying, and for that, I cannot say thank you enough!

(July 21, 2019, 1:29 pm)I had an excellent customer service experience with Chris. He was very professional and straight forward with both the information and options available to me. We initially spoke about an estimated quote for a potential car purchase that I intended to make over that weekend. He said he would be available to me anytime on Saturday, but I ended up purchasing the car late on that Friday night. Chris went above and beyond that evening, and was able to set me up within minutes while I finalized the car purchase. I do hope that future customers are not as needy, but it's worth noting that he clearly went above and beyond the expectation. Thanks again Chris!
(July 18, 2019, 3:30 pm)Great experience so far. I just moved from another large company because my premiums were getting quite high. I filled out several quotes online and Chris Fritts agency was the only one to follow up. From there I had very good service by Caleb. He was very helpful and continues to be.
