  I recently switched from another insurance provider to State Farm with this agency. My FORMER provider had lackluster customer service and claimed to offer discount rates. However, they were the worst that I had dealt with and the pricing was certainly not discount.
  I switched to the Nathaniel Ellis State Farm Agency and am VERY happy with them. The care and customer service that I received was excellent! They were very responsive to every question that I had and understood my needs for both business and personal policies.
  I've talked with Andrew and Nicole who were outstanding in their customer service. I'd recommend this office for all of your insurance needs! Everything was taken care of via telephone and email. I live on the opposite side of Atlanta and have a busy schedule, I never even had to come into the physical location. Highly recommend!!!

  Andrew and April were very helpful. Andrew called me right back and provided great customer service. The overall staff has great personalities.

  Everyone is really nice and very helpful. But I must say Greg is the best. He is really a genuine caring person. Bad or good news . He will help you understand and fix the problem. I must say everyone is office that I have met have been nothing but good and helpful to me. Keep up the great work....
