(April 17, 2019, 4:20 pm)I just read negative comment after negative comment about this company. I pay $7 extra per month for device insurance. I had recently upgraded to a much newer phone. Said phone was dropped and the screen was completely spider webbed. I was on the phone paying my deductible around 9:45pm. Replacement device shipped at 1am and delivered at 10am. Customer service techs i spoke with were knowledgeable and polite. Outstanding job well done. 5 stars
