(August 12, 2019, 6:21 pm)Nikki and her crew are amazing. I'm sure you're reading this thinking, "Yeah, yeah they're great ok." But they honestly are incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. Jenita is so kind and sweet while helping me get renters insurance AND a better deal then we had with Progressive by $25 annually for the same coverage. Nikki also personally helped me out with our Auto insurance and walked me through anything I had questions on. To drive home the point of how personable they are, we chatted for ten minutes after we had finished because they're just that easy to talk to. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
(July 16, 2019, 9:33 am)Great Experience! I am one of those folks who doesn't like to change insurance companies and dread the process of rate shopping. Nikki did an excellent job explaining the various rates and coverage options and made me very comfortable with changing to her office. The best part, she handled everything remotely and even saved me $50/month over my previous insurance company!

They took care of my insurance needs and made the process so easy! I feel like the team has my best interests in mind and I’m confident that I have the best coverage at the best price thanks to them!

Nikki explained the process and details of not just my auto policy, but also the benefits of the Drive Safe & Save app and adding homeowners. Adding life insurance was a smooth process as well! I am surprised by all that State Farm has to offer beyond insurance and will go to them for other services in the future.

I worked with her rep Cam and was treated with the best care and they took the time to understand my needs. They recommended excellent solutions to my issues and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone!
