(June 14, 2018, 8:38 am)The lady who helped me had a great attitude and was really nice and happy. I had to go in the office to change my insurance to full coverage - which I initially thought was annoying not to be able to do it over the phone, but the lady was so nice and helpful I didn’t end up minding at all.
Probably there about 10 minutes or so, she was great.
