(July 9, 2019, 9:01 pm)I have had auto insurance with Mark for 10+ years and have nothing but great things to say. As a new driver from age of 16 and through it all...collision, hail damage, vandalism... he was able to be the calm in the storm and walk me through the process step by step. He and his entire team always were more than willing to go out of their way to help, provide information, advice, or just some words of encouragement. What a treat to know your insurance company is truly standing in your corner. (The hand written cards were also a nice touch) I'm so thankful for Mark's loyal coverage over the years. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.
(May 13, 2019, 1:57 pm)When I was 19, I was fortunate enough to intern with Mark the summer of 2018 where I was able to see the behind-the-scenes of his business. Mark Gray and his team are all individuals of outstanding character and work ethic. As someone who wishes to possibly work in insurance one day, Mark was the perfect teacher. The amount of care and precision everyone put into their customers is admirable.
Mark and his team are more of a family with a passion for the best customer service possible. Being able to be welcomed into that customer-driven team helped me immensely as a person, a student, and a co-worker. Mark did not earn the awards he has for nothing. He truly is an outstanding individual and so is his agency.
One day, when I am in need of any insurance, I will be going to Mark.

Over that period of time, our family experienced numerous unlucky breaks and he has always responded professionally and swiftly. Mark's greatest attribute aside from being a great person is his responsiveness. He definitely has coached his team well. I highly recommend Mark for all your insurance needs.
