The staff at Activ Healthcare actually care about their providers and try to help when you call. The claims dept is small, but the workers seem to actually care about doing things right and doing things in the quickest, most efficient way possible. It is a refreshing change from dealing with other insurance companies whose customer service reps seem to hate their job and hate you by extension!
