  Cynthia and her team went above and beyond to not only address my questions or concerns while quoting me for Auto and Renter’s Insurance but also to give me the best rates possible. She also walked me through the possibilities to earn more discounts to reduce my monthly premiums in a transparent manner.
  
  Cynthia is accommodating to her customers working off hours too for them, is attentive/an active listener, and summarizes to assure she understands you. Her work deserves great applauds and even just for her way of conducting business with customers.
  
  I have no doubt that I will refer her and her team to my friends whenever possible. Great work, Cynthia and team. Keep it up!

  I needed to transfer insurance to my new car and get coverage for vehicle registration. Unlike other agencies, Cynthia responded quickly to my texts and emails. I received a temporary insurance card within a few hour. There was NOT a single automated response: "please hold," "press 123," or "please try another department." Cynthia honored my request. On top of that, she found ways to give me discounts: $4 off with disability benefits, 5% off with drive safe beacon, 10% off with denfensive driving class, up to 14% off with house/car bundle, and the list goes on. When I told her, I wanted to shop around, because all that sounded too good to be true, she respected my decision. However, after I called 4 different agencies, all with excellent reviews, for a quote, none of them could match her price.
  
  Most importantly, we ended up chatting about community service, gratitude, and family. Cynthia gave students music instruments, taught her sons about appreciation, and shared story about her father. This was the highlight of my impression of her; Cynthia is a part of her local community, not just a salesperson. In addition, it was not her staff members, who cleaned up the leaves at the stairwell, a common area shared by multiple businesses. I literally thought she was a custodian. When no one else was looking, small gestures revealed true characters. Cynthia is humble and compassionate.

  This is a great place. The customer service I received was outstanding. Derrick Martin Jr. assisted me and was extremely helpful. He was funny, knowledgeable, and answered my extensive list of questions. He was able to steer me in the right direction as to which services would be best for me (because we all know when it comes to buying insurance, this process is very confusing and stressful). I would highly recommend this company.
