I wanted to express my appreciation for the assistance you’ve provided me with over the past MANY years. Insurance companies are poor communicators… I’m often confused by the letters they send, and the whole thing is just so cold and impersonal and robotic. Much like the IRS in many ways.
That’s why I appreciate you (Nan) and SIEGEL so much. You remove all confusion and conflict any time there’s a question… . I always get a very prompt, clear response and you never ‘forget’ my phone call or email. You know me. You are familiar with my policies. You know how all these things work. You save me time and money. I couldn’t imagine trying to navigate the insane landscape of the insurance world without such an excellent guide!
