(July 6, 2017, 12:20 pm)Our previous agent was terrible. John Thompson agency is exactly the opposite. My son had the sad misfortune of being T-boned by another driver. Their insurance company was awful (dragging their feet in contacting us, trying to settle for far less than the vehicle was worth...). Allstate stepped in and the issue was resolved quickly.
A tree limb fell and struck my husband's windshield, cracking it in half. The city and GA DOT refused to take responsibility even though the limb fell from a large, dead tree hanging over a city/state owned road that they are responsible for maintaining. Allstate has stepped in and is pursuing the matter for us..
We have never had an insurance agency that watched out for our interests before. It's good to know that John Thompson and his team do care and aren't just there to take our money.
We happily have five cars and our home insured with them. We highly recommend them.
