Most recently, we purchased a new home and despite all the stress of that process, I never had to worry about the insurance component. She was informative, never rushed me, and was great about following up when I got behind on getting her a piece of information. We were able to significantly reduce both our home and auto premium thanks to her research. Well worth it. Highly recommend. Ask for Marcia!

They do a really good job at explaining your coverage, and rates; which by the way is better priced than some of the more known name companies.
(February 20, 2019, 12:17 pm)Best Insurance claim experience I ever experienced. Deer hit car in Alabama. Claim was made immediately, No hassles, Had to get car to authorized repair and appraisal location which was easy done with Auto-Owners Insurance help, Within a week had final resolution and Check in my hands with hours after turning over title to insurance agent ( car was totaled - salvage). Overall great experience except for deer hitting my car.

She is very personable, actually listens to whatever you have to say, and explains everything you need to know to get the most competitive pricing. She asks the right questions and works with you in every way. Even supplies different quote scenarios so you can choose what's best for you! What else could you ask for? I was very pleased with Marcia and The Bates Agency and would highly recommend this company and this location to everyone!
