We suffered a terrible fire loss, hiring Public Adjusters Atlanta with the best choice I could have made to handle our claim. Honesty and integrity are 2 things that I find important and this company checks of both boxes passing with flying colors. Saying thanks just doesn't seem enough for the job they did for my family.

It takes the insurance companies time to try and get out of paying you. Call this company with your concerns. They will make sure you are made whole. We had to wait a while but with patience we were able to get our concerns taking care of.
(May 15, 2019, 3:36 pm)My mother had a fire in her kitchen and we had many adjusters come by but none were very honest and upfront of about the process. Public Adjusters Atlanta came by and told us what was possible and what could happen based on their experience. It has now been a few months and everything has been settled and my mothers kitchen is as beautiful as always. They stayed in contact with us through this process and we are happy we choose to hire a public adjuster and in the future all claims would be our first call.
(April 30, 2019, 1:39 pm)If you ever have a major home owners/renters insurance claim call these guys the before reporting your claim! They work hard and fast to get you the best claim settlement. I loved my insurance company and never had an issue... until my first major claim. It was a nightmare that dragged on and on. I was lucky enough to have a casual acquaintance refer me to Tom at Public Adjusters Atlanta. George and his crew are great guys who I felt really cared about helping me get a fair settlement from the insurance company. They were able to double the settlement my insurance company initially offered me, well worth the fee they collect from the total award. Can't say enough good things about them.
