Ricky Gilley is an experienced and knowledgeable agent. He handled my policies with prompt attention in both cases where I needed to review coverage. He promptly adjusted my plan when I added an alarm system to my home and touches base on occasion to see if I have any additional needs and once, just to say happy birthday! These are the types of services I like to put on auto-pilot. I called an agent on the 29th of October and put in my request. I was told that the paperwork would be mailed out on the 30th.
