  Being involved in a car accident is SO stressful--no matter who's at fault. For the past month I have dealt with the myriad details involved in the aftermath of a wreck (no one was hurt). Scott Crane at this agency has answered 2000 questions for me and has talked with me by phone or in person numerous times---always cheerfully and always with knowledge and helpful guidance. I have hated this entire situation, but working with Scott Crane at this State Farm Agency has been a real pleasure and comfort. This group will WALK YOU THROUGH the maze of dealing with other insurance companies, car dealerships and repair shops. Thank you so much, Scott Crane! You are the best, Scott!! Marianne May

  I’ve been with this State Farm agent for over 25 years. I have enjoyed the service and information they have always given me. I have always felt more secure in knowing that if I ever had a problem, I could just pick up the phone and call their friendly staff to get answers and advice. As a bonus, people who ask love it when I tell them my insurance agent is Rhett Butler. Everyone who works in this office will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and all questions are answered.

  Scott and Mia and everyone at this location are always willing to help and have excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone I know. They are professional and courteous and really make you feel at home. I don't feel like a number to them. AMAZING GROUP!

  I have been with this particular location of State Farm Insurance for years. Mia is my agent and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve dealt with TERRIBLE other auto insurance companies and thought they would all be like that, until I got insurance through these guys. A phenomenal team I must say. I recently was in a car accident that totaled my car. I was so worried about having a long, relentless process of reporting the accident to my agent and going through the motions of having my car taken car of. That was never the case in any part of this process. It was made simple, easy, and stress free by Mia, Jose, and Fernando. Not once did I feel stressed out or uninformed about what was going on. They truly cared about what happened to me, how I was handling things emotionally, and I received continuous reassurance that everything was going to be ok and that they would take care of things for me. I honestly didn’t have to do very much, an adjuster even came to me so I didn’t have to call out of work or have my car towed anywhere. He really didn’t need me there but I wanted to say my final goodbyes to my first car and he was very understanding and sympathetic to my feelings and needs. Everyone I came in contact with from State Farm through this hard time were all very helpful, kind, and caring people who did a fantastic job at making me feel well taken care of and at ease. I truly love being insured by State Farm. Thank you all so much, I really appreciate each and every one of you.
