Best move I EVER made. A Local agent in Woodstock on Main Street was my independent agent. I had many problems with them handling my Auto Owners policies. I moved to this new agency and have had tremendous service from Joyce Stephen's. She is professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you Joyce for your great customer service. I stayed with Auto Owners as my insurer and she made the change to her servicing my policies seemless!
Daphne Tatum has helped me out so many times with different issues. I have worked with alot of insurance companies in the past and she is by far the best.
I normally don’t write reviews, but MFI convinced me to do otherwise, because I experienced extraordinarily fine customer service from Joyce. What happened? Yesterday I renewed some policies that were price-wise in the same range of what I paid for last year. Then, today, I got a phone call from Joyce in which she told me that some other options emerged and that she could save me a couple of hundred dollars. All I needed to do was to sign two electronic documents, which took me less than a minute. I have been on planet Earth for quite some time, but I have never ever paid anything to a business that called me back the other day, telling me that I could pay less and be reimbursed some money. I have always received great service from MFI, but what happened today simply tops everything that has ever happened to me in dealing with any business. Joyce just proved that she cares about her customers and that she is willing to go the extra mile, even if you don’t expect it.
Bob, Joyce and the entire office provide excellent customer support. i am always grateful for how quickly and professionally they address all of my insurance needs and questions. I switched to Modern Family Insurance over 10 years ago when I was dissatisfied with the service and rates I was receiving from my previous insurance agency. Excellent people, products and service.
I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Brittany from Modern Family Insurance Agency while shopping our commercial auto insurance. We were shopping our commercial auto through two other agents in addition to Modern Family. I felt as though Bob and Brittany were the only agents that actually tried to save me money. Bob and Brittany kept me informed during the process and made it extremely easy. They also offered multiple discounts to make our premium lower. Modern Family was by far the easiest to work with and offered the best quotes. I am happy to say that we have now switched all of our insurances to Modern Family and look forward to a long lasting relationship.
