(April 24, 2019, 10:30 am)I never go online to post reviews regarding the service I receive whether positive or negative but I felt compelled to praise Kirk. A family member who has many health issues was recently in a car accident. Kirk personally reached out to us on almost a daily basis to check on this family member as well as was always available until everything was taken care of. In the past I've had USAA and State Farm and I never received this type of service. To be honest any communication with my agent(s) was always via email. I will remain to be a loyal customer of Kirk because he actually cares.

(October 29, 2018, 11:06 pm)I recently switched to State Farm because of Kirk and his team. Kirk has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have adequate coverage for my home and autos. I recently purchased a vehicle and found out that I was able to finance the purchase through State Farm, which comes with it's own set of benefits. I recommend anyone looking for a personal touch to insurance to give Kirk a call!!!
