Very little training. Management is unfamiliar with software, payroll, etc. Getting paid in a timely manner did not happen. Extremely difficult to reach management. Whether phone, text or email, communication was extremely lacking. Pros. Great pay, if and when you get it. Cons. Poor management. Questionable ethics.
