  If we could give them a 10 star rating we absolutely would. We have recently moved from Ohio and needed to switch from our old agent that we had for over 12 years. It was disheartening trying to find an agent that we felt was even comparable to our old agent. And then we found R. Allan Miles Insurance Agency. The WHOLE ENTIRE staff is phenomenal and goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcome and that everything is done promptly and without fail.   Best customer service around! I had an issue that I emailed the office about at the end of the business day, not expecting to hear anything back until the next morning. Allan called me at 6:15pm the same day, as soon as he got my email. He wanted to make sure he got the issue resolved to my satisfaction as soon as possible. And they did! The entire staff that I have dealt with is professional, courteous, and very attentive. Rates are fantastic, as well! I highly recommend.

  Allan and his staff have been servicing all my insurance needs for 15 years and will continue to do so! Always greeted by a smiling face and everyone knows you by name, something very rare these days. Denice Doyle is always ready to help if I ever have a question about my policy or just have a general question, and she does it with a smile. Allan and Denise make sure we get the best rates possible by shopping and comparing multiple companies.
