I worked with Michelle H during one of our patient's hospital stay. Michelle is a great case manager. She listened well, returned calls quickly and had great interest in what was going on with our patient. She was able to provide needed information to her medical staff in order to certify patient for additional days when needed. It was a joy to work with Michelle.
My case manager Sharol Minter has been awesome! She regularly checks on me to see how I am doing and always goes out of her way to make sure I am getting everything I need from my benefits. When questions or problems have come up, she is always there to assist me and resolve the issue. So thankful for her as she she has helped me to focus on getting better while she handles my insurance needs. Compassionate customer service!
