I then decided to use them for home insurance as well, since I was buying a house. They answered every email and question I had, and I feel like they got me be the best rate. Most importantly, I could hear their smiles on the other side of the phone. They are the best customer service I have had the pleasure of working with when it comes to insurance. I would highly recommend using them for any auto or house insurance needs.

I definitely feel the small business kind of connection with the State Farm agents. the physical office is really nice too. It feels very cozy and welcoming. Tanisha is awesome! You will not be disappointed, she is extremely helpful and attentive. Always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend her to friends and family of Middle GA !!

The options provided that reflected my needs were impressive. What I appreciated the most was the fact that I felt someone genuinely cared about what was best for me. It made me more comfortable during the process.
