  So we have been doing business with Cobblestone Title for over 3 years now and its the only company we use for all of our closings. We always deal with Kathy Ortiz and she get the job done always very quick. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer all those tough questions. The things we love about Cobblestone Title is that Kathy is always available to talk to us, she always finds a quick solution to all the issues that from time to time arrive. We feel like we have a partnership with the treatment we get from her. They are very flexible with their time. There fees are very competitive too! So with my eyes closed I will recommend Cobblestone Title to everyone!

  Kathy, and her team have handled over 25 closings for me, and each one has gone off without a hitch. Her professionalism and attention to all the details make her top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you need a closing agent in central Florida. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She has gone above and beyond, and deserves my highest recommendation.

  Kathy with Cobblestone Title is One of the BEST Closers I know! We have used Kathy for atleast 7 years now and Kathy has Always been Helpful, Extremely Knowledgeable and Very Friendly! Kathy completes ALL Closings as scheduled and is very efficient and thorough! I Highly Recommend Kathy!
