I have my auto insurance through Marshall Insurance Group and was at a car dealership today when I needed some information about my policy. Being a Saturday afternoon I thought I was out of luck. I called my agent and he answered the phone and was able to get the information I needed. Without that i would have had to wait until Monday and go back to the dealership.
