Chad was strategic in finding me the best rate with the most coverage, which was exceedingly better than the prior insurance I had on the vehicle. His follow up and communication is what sets him apart from everyone else. His research is thorough and he does an amazing job working to find what is best for you! (April 11, 2019, 9:14 am)As a mortgage professional, it is very important to have reliable business professionals to refer to the families that I help. 8 out of 10 families ask me who I recommend for their home owner's insurance and, hands down, Chance and Chad are on the top of my list! They have great communication skills! They are fast to respond to requests for quotes! They actually pick up the phone to explain their quotes and they give multiple options instead of assuming they want the lowest price possible.
Not only do I refer business to him, but I am also a client. I have my home owner's and auto insurance with Goosehead. I don't have to call him to shop insurance. Chance calls me every 6 months to review my current auto policy to make sure I am still getting the best rate with the carrier I am insured by. He calls me every year to review my home owner's insurance as well to make sure there weren't any updates to the home to see if we can get anymore credits.
My recommendation to you is, don't shop for your insurance online. Work with this local, family owned business who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and genuinely good people.

When I recently purchased my new home, I used him for our homeowner's insurance and couldn't be happier with the explanation of coverage and ways to keep my premium low. Honest and responsive and just overall a great guy. Go see him!!!
