(April 2, 2019, 12:53 pm)Melissa DeAngelo is the most knowledgeable commercial insurance broker I have ever known. She used to be an insurance Underwriter - and knows the business inside and out. She's also a great businesswoman, is great at networking, and is a genuinely nice person who cares about others and their businesses. If you own a business or know someone who does - be sure to introduce them to Melissa. They will thank you later.

Melissa Deangelo is extremely knowledgable in her field and a pleasure to talk to. I look forward to working with them more moving forward.
(January 16, 2019, 9:14 am)I have known and worked with Melissa for several years. She is my insurance person and I have recommended her to many people. Her knowledge of the industry is exhaustive and she and her staff do an excellent job of providing great customer service (phone calls actually get returned!) and providing insurance products that meet my needs and my clients' needs at reasonable prices. Any questions that I have had about my policies are answered in an expeditious manner. I cannot recommend Melissa and West Florida Insurance highly enough.

I called with a major issue and she not only answered my questions and helped put my mind at ease she immediately set me up with Dean and Brian in the office to help with a very large company policy issue. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and literally saved me thousands for the exact same coverage. Highly Recommend!!
