The agent, Jenni Myatt, was very thorough with explaining our coverage and Quote. The website in which we first acquired the quote was self explanatory and quick. After contacting Jenni, and talking with Her on the phone. I explained to Her that I was going overseas, and that I would like to talk to Her when I came back, she asked when I would return, and said would you like to make it a few days after I returned, because of the Jet lag.
I appreciated her courtesy. I really don't think I have to tout her ability as an agent, nor Her professional attitude. I really appreciated talking with a genuine person, for a change, who cared about the individuals needs instead of just being their to take our money.
