(March 1, 2019, 2:04 pm)While considering Condon-Meek for my insurance needs, I asked the rep (Jeramiah) to communicate via email. He was able to gather all necessary information and provide quotes via email before we had ever spoken in person. This was very important to me as I had limited time to speak in person and I'm in Land O Lakes, not close to your Clearwater office. Once I agreed to move forward with the quotes, Jeremiah continued to be very responsive to my many follow-up questions and very quickly worked to put the policies in place. He was also very instructive in guiding me through the transition from my previous providers and so far things have gone very smoothly. Jermiah went above and beyond when he compensated me for a slight discrepancy between the quote and the actual cost of the auto policy which was very small but a difference nonetheless. Thanks to Jeremiah, I am saving hundreds of dollars per year with similar or better coverage. Great job!
