  Rob and his staff are Great. They take their time to help you with a problem, they find a solution and get you on your way. They know their insurance business and you can trust they will have your best interest Always.

  We have been with this insurance agent for more years than I care to count - since 2001 I think. During that time we have had consistent, sensible and great value insurance and advice. Nothing is too much or too difficult for this wonderful office. I must add that we have been so blessed to have our contact at this office be Laurie Pohlman. She is patient, kind, helpful and nothing is too much for her. She has been our insurance rock over the years and I don't know what we would do without her. I must add that we are absent landlords (Australia) with three properties in FL, so we often have tricky problems. For Laurie and Rob Sheehan nothing is a problem it's all just a challenge to get over with little fuss and with the very best outcomes for their clients. We will never move from this wonderful State Farm office! Very highly recommended.

  GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE
  
  I walked in today with no appointment to get renter’s insurance and car insurance (since I moved). I was promptly greeted by a secretary who asked what I was there for and then went to get Mr. Sheehan.
  
  Within 2 minutes we were in his office getting our renter’s insurance set up and car insurance. He was also kind enough to take care of letting my old agent know that I’d switched (since we moved), which is helpful, especially while in the process of selling a house. Any help you can get is great. Rob then was kind enough to also do a quote for my mother-in-law. Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He was willing to answer all of my questions and brought great peace of mind with helping with the insurance stuff. I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

  I primarily use their services as a part of my work as a leasing consultant where I am often asked to refer a future resident to an insurance agent for their renter's insurance. I know I need someone warm, efficient, and great at insurance and that is exactly where Rob Sheehan and his team shine! My residents are always happy with the service they receive and the office does their best to streamline the process making it a seamless experience through and through.
