He first helped me when i was scrambling to find insurance for my old car and no one would take me. He provided me knowledge step by step of why costs this amount and so on. He provided me advice on things I needed to work on to get a better quote in the future. Fast forward to 2019 I am still working with Cody, today he provided me not only outstanding customer service, but his communication and consistency are beyond what I expected. He provided me great insurance, everything I needed plus more. He is the best in the business hands down. If he was in Game of Thrones he would have defeated the Ice King, took the dragons and he would be the true king of the Iron Throne and the 7 kingdoms. Just saying. He is the best of the best. (January 24, 2018, 11:21 am)I was a 20 year customer of State Farm for both homeowners and Auto. Kisselback Insurance cut my homeowners premium down to a third of what I was paying annually. My new policy has more coverage and the company is one of the highest rated homeowner providers in the country. Three drivers under 25 plus two adults had driven my auto premium through the roof. Since Kisselback Insurance is an independent agent they were able to shop multiple companies and again saved me thousands of dollars a year. If you are interested in saving money I'd highly recommend giving Jean a call.
