(July 22, 2019, 2:25 am)Two years ago we moved our business from St. Cloud to Downtown Kissimmee. Our insurance had change drastically. Talking with other business owners, they recommended Jack Fields Insurance Agency. I contacted John Fields.He came up with a package for our business with a better coverage at a lower rate.With the savings we got on the business, I had him work on my personal home and auto insurance.John`s agent Shawn, found us the same coverage at hundreds less. I personally recommend Jack Fields Agency. Thank you John.
(July 8, 2019, 1:57 pm)I have been using the Jack Fields agency for a few years. The service has been great. I have not had to use the insurance yet, but I know that it is there. They have maintained contact and are quick to respond.
(July 2, 2019, 6:46 pm)Jack and John Always gets me the best quality insurance and premiums. I have been using their agency for close to 20 years and they always come through for me.
Even when I have difficult or complicated policies they work very hard to get me a quote that is affordable and with an insurance carrier that will stand behind their product. The customer service is exemplary and they are always there to answer questions, make changes, handle renewals, and take care of all my insurance needs.
There are a lot of discount insurance companies out there but I have yet to find one that can match the prices, quality, and customer service of Jack Fields agency.
(July 2, 2019, 3:58 pm)The most qualified and reputable agents. I have used them for almost 25 years including automobile, residential, and business insurance. The utmost in integrity and character. They are always there to answer your insurance needs. John Fields knows Commercial insurance better than anyone in town along with his lovely assistant Diane. Shawn does a wonderful job with residential. The rest of the staff are excellent to deal with as well.
