She was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, and offered to find different solutions for my financial situation. She went out of her way to help and her dedication definitely showed. 10/10 would recommend.

As we were coming up on our first anniversary here, she reached out to let us know she did research and found options for us that ultimately led to a significant savings. A fine example of proactive customer service.

They went to bat for me in communicating my coverage needs to the insurer, letting me know what the insurer was asking for any why, dealing directly with the insurer on my behalf so I didn't have to, and when I ran into a slight problem that may have jeopardized my ability to obtain coverage, they encouraged me to stick with it, to provide the deciding documents needed for them to finally accept my application. Wonderful Job, Helena!!!
(June 24, 2019, 4:54 pm)Discovery Insurance helped us find a home insurance policy years ago and regularly shops it to make sure we're getting the best rates possible. Recently, I purchased jetskis and had them quote insurance. Aimee was great and was able to get me the coverage I wanted and the price quoted was less expensive than the exact same policy on the vendors website. With that, I asked Aimee to quote my auto policy and she was able to increase a coverage line that I wanted to increase AND got me a lower rate with a highly regarded insurance company. Aimee has been great and I appreciate all the services that Discovery has offered me!
