  I have had State Farm Insurance for over 50 years and this is the best agency I have ever dealt with. The honestly care that you are being taken care of and receiving the best service for your money. I first met with Michael Fernland who reviewed my policies to see if I had any gaps and if I had any coverages that I really didn't need. He found both. He then had me set with Leslie Ravenscroft who took me on a deep dive on my policies to clean up and ensure that I was getting the most coverage for the least cost. During this review both Michael and Leslie question the interest rate on the loan that I had gotten from the dealership when I purchased the car. The dealership had made a production that they were working with multiple lenders to get me the lowest interest rate. That is when I discovered I was missing the loan papers from the dealership. I called them and told them they were missing from my packet and I was coming by to get them. The rate the dealership had gotten me was 7.47% Leslie got on line with State Farm Bank and got me a rate of 3.59% me just short of $2000.00 over the life of the loan. I could go on and on but if this doesn’t give you a flavor for the integrity of this dealership I don’t believe you’ve been reading what I have been writing. “The Best I have ever dealt with!”

  I really want to thank Desiree and Mr. Bones!! I just switched my car insurance back to State Farm after a few years away with another company. Mr. Bones was so very patient with me, and explained each and every coverage very clearly to me in a way that I was able to understand just what I was needing and how much it was gonna cost me without trying to pressure me in any way towards something I didn't need. I am very happy with my policy and the fact that it is better than what I had from another company, and is costing me less!! Thank you Mr. Bones!!
