  My experience with the staff at Allstate’s Estero office has been outstanding. Every time that I call, I get excellent service from each staff member! They are very knowledgeable, pleasant and totally responsive. I am most appreciative of the service that I get and it gives piece of mind knowing that my insurance program is “In Good Hands.”

  In the last 6 months I had to submit a claim for a car accident and another one for a broken pipe that flooded my entire home, I can only say how thankful I am for the amazing help I received from Kevin and his team, the follow up through the claim process and the commitment to help my claim get resolved quickly and the best posible way for me and my family was outstanding, it feels so good to know that your agent is there when you need it the most.
