Kristin went over every detail with me and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I refer her to all my friends and family for home and auto insurance. If you want a great experience ask for Kristin Gott! She's awesome!

Very competent , knowledgeable and understanding. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. She gave me all the time I needed to answer all my concerns and questions.
(August 16, 2018, 9:45 am)I am new to this area, I had to get auto, homeowners, flood and and umbrella insurance coverage. When shopping I was provided quotes by a few different agencies, L & M quotes were the best using top rated companies. Whenever I call there someone always answers the phone, if I e-mail them I get prompt replies. I was very well taken care of by L & M will continue to use them for all my needs.
