DNREC to Pilot Changes to Delaware Surf Fishing Permit Program for 2023. The DNREC Division of Parks and Recreation worked with stakeholders in 2022 to find best practices to allow more anglers to drive-on surf fish at Delaware State Parks beaches while protecting the natural resource.
