(April 30, 2019, 11:06 am)The k.l. Smith agen y has been our agent for 30 plus years, for all of our insurance needs from homeowners to auto to business. We can not recall ever having any negative issues in that time period. Being local, the agents, a family business know they are part of the community and treat their customers as such. There is integrity present.in their business practices.

My wife and I have both purchased new vehicles and was provided with pre-purchase quotes to compare different models and when the time came to buy, we were able to complete the deal without ever leaving the dealership to get insurance.
Working with a local agency we feel that they have a better understanding of our needs.
