I've been a client of Al's for over 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Allen is always honest and upfront with me and advises me on what's best for me, rather than what would get him the biggest commission. He actually called me out of the blue once because he came across a deal that saved me $700 per year on auto insurance. I'm surprised to see bad reviews...like the other reviewer said it sounds like these Met customers aren't clients of Al's so I'm not sure why they thought he would be able to help them.
I disagree with other reviewers. Allen Smith has been with the company for 40 years. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He is not pushy at all like other agents or financial planners. It sounds to me like the other reviews are more of a complaint about a big company. Allen services his clients very well but can’t service ANY client who calls or walks through the door. That is not how it works.
